TOP 10 TUESDAY | Sports Themed Scrapbooking Favourites

Hi!  In the spirit of the 2012 Olympic Games that are currently happening in London, England, I thought I'd do my Top 10 this week on sports themed goodies.  Now my daughter is only 3 so I don't have a lot of opportunity to scrapbook sports pages (yet!) but I can totally see using some of these items on non-sport related pages.

So here we go....

scrapbooking, favourite things, sports, layouts, scrapbook paper

TOP 10 TUESDAY | SPORTS THEMED SCRAPBOOKING FAVOURITES

#1:  Jillibean Soup's new Game Day Chilli Collection - What can I say!  Bold primary colours and kraft backgrounds!!  Such a versatile collection I can totally see using these for child pages and more.  I can't wait to get a hold of this kit!  Just look what Kim Holmes did with this collection:

#2:  Webster's Pages Game On 12 x 12 Paper kit - Such a great looking kit!  I LOVE the fabric sentiment tickets - which can be purchased separately as well! Here's a great layout by Cornellgj on the Two Peas Gallery:

#3:  Carolee's Creations - Adornit - Swimming Collection - Cardstock Stickers - I can totally see using these on swim lesson pages, summer beach pages and maybe even some school pages!

# 4:  Creative Memories 12x12 Hockey Additions - For those of us here in Canada, hockey is a pretty big deal and yet I find it hard to find good hockey scrapbook product (lots of baseball, no hockey!).  This additions pack by CM is neutral enough to go with any hockey page (no matter what colour the uniform may be!).

#5:  Bella Blvd Making the Team Collection - Introduced at the CHA (Craft & Hobby Association) Summer show last year (2011) this collection is full of great double sided papers.  There are stripes, stars, and a great subway tiled pattern!  There are still some papers left at Scrapbook.com and Two Peas.  Here's a fantastic page made by one of the scrapbookers I featured in last week's Top 10, the very talented Laura Vegas:

#6:  Deja Views - Get Your Game On Collection - Ticket Book with Varnish Accents - Tickets seem to be really hot right now and these look super cute!

# 7:  Technique Tuesday Number 1 Stamp - Brand new at Scrapbook.com it's a cute little stamp that could be used on cards or as an embellishment on sport and school pages.

#8:  Leaky Shed Studio - Sport Collection - Chipboard Words - Okay who doesn't love a chipboard title!  They have so many words to choose from but I can see this one in my future:
Chipboard titles, Leaky Shed, Gymnastics, chipboard

#9:  Echo Park's All Star Mini Collection - Now if I had a son I might find more uses for this but having a daughter I can still envision using this for pages about us going to a basketball game, playing basketball at the park and the "B" side of the papers are neutral enough that they could be mixed in with any theme.

#10:  Jenni Bowlin Studio - Blue Ribbon Punch - I love punches and this one is super cute!  You can use all the pieces together and make a ribbon or use just the little banner shapes and circle individually.  Lisa Dickinson used it one a fantastic page featuring a lot of Instagram photos!  So cute!
